2016 Pinot Noir Cuvée

Our second harvest from Ouest vineyards in Cashmere, WA.  Hand harvested at the peak of ripeness.  This local vineyard boasts masculine, earthy and truffle varietal characteristics which pairs beautifully with the soft velvety features of the French oak it was aged in.  Look forward to many more years revealing the bounties of this vineyard.
